1 egg
Rice Flour 1 cup
Soy Milk - Could use light milk 1/2 cup of milk
dates - depends on how many you want in there
1/2 cup of oats
Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoons This is one of the quotes I read in relation to Coconut Oil "quick form of energy as they do not use the enzyme system of the body but are used by the liver for instant fuel and energy and satiety from hunger". (Pretty Interesting)
And several studies have now shown that MCTs (found in Coconut Oil) can enhance physical or athletic performance as well as when applied to skin can be used as an anti ageing formula
Seed mix with nuts - this is alternative (Miss Flannery have an awesome seedmix available)
Stevia - for sweetener
Honey - only a teaspoon as you can pour in more stevia for sweetener
Cinnamon ground
Banana - 1
Apple (Red) - 1/2
I literally just keep tasting it to see how it is after mixing it. You than bake for about 25-30min keep checking on it for the last 5mins I pour a little honey on top and sprinkle with walnuts.
I wouldn't be eating this slice all day ALOT in it I would eat it mainly after hard workouts as I personally think it will suppress your appetite for awhile before your next meal ;)
