Interval threshold sessions - The engine

Consistent Interval Threshold sessions will  the biggest factor in seeing improvement. Increases in lactic threshold levels will enhance your pace & the ability to maintain an improved “race pace”. 

 

These sessions consist of a variety of stimulus 

 

Speed - Track & downhill work

Tempo- Undulating hills & time trials - Working at 85% perceived effort 

Strength - Hills - long & short for strength endurance & speed

 

 

Coached session | Individualised Stats & progressions 

Tuesdays - 5am | 6pm - Burleigh, Mermaid or Miami
